How should I store my products?
We strive to provide the best experience possible with our products, here is a bit of information on how to care properly of your Chamoy for best consumption.
For Rim Paste, please refrigerate upon opening. Thaw upon each use for 5 min. and proceed to refrigerate afterward. Enjoy within 1-2 months.
For Chamoy Candies, please store at room temperature. Consume within 1-2 days upon delivery for best flavor.

When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that orders close every Friday and are cooked fresh over the weekend. To ensure freshness, products are typically shipped within 1–3 days after cooking.
